User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop personas, user journeys, and usability test plans.
UI/UX Design:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and implement designs.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with current design trends and accessibility standards.
Interaction Design & Prototyping:
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- Define micro-interactions and transitions that enhance the overall user experience.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Present and articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Provide clear design specifications for developers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related field (or equivalent).
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills, including projects involving user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
Core Skills:
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Experience:
- UI/UX Design: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 – Rs120,000.00 per month
